Not many reps when Doozy is the timer but good times were had by all. Singer and Bullseye traveled into Tarrington to the River and back up. Based on their return attire, summer humidity is upon us. Great job today fellas. Thank you for the opportunity to join you this morning.

  • Insomnia Broga

2 regular F3 Brogiis were so excited for Attila FW Q that sleep was not on the menu. Like a pair of 8 year olds at Christmas, they sprang from their abodes with excitement, broga mats in hand to enjoy the ideal conditions that awaited them at the River Road Baptist Church. Shoulders, Hips, Back and Glutes were well represented in the plan this morning. Good mumble chatter among the regular moans and groans. Thank you for joining me Hutton.

  • Broga with a Drizzle

3 Broga veterans hit the courts of No Toll for ideal conditions in the 2025 debut. Conversation was strong over the groans and breaths of stretches. Emphasis on hips, shoulders, hammys and back. • Hitch the new Handshake?

Six Booters and a single stroller enjoyed the glorious tuckahoe morning for a beatdown for the ages. The Pax anxiously awaited for the timely arrival of little blue only to be welcomed by the sign of the silver sedan of Hitch coming in hot. Most of the intrepid travelers set off while Kubota wandered aimlessly likely egging houses and leaving flaming bags of feces (possibly his own) on the enchanted Tuckahoe stoops. For us more cultured souls, here is how things went down.

Mosey around the parking lot and into Henrico’s smallest but finest park for introductions, salutations and disclaimers. YHC declared this beatdown would be a numberless episode with all exercises done in conversation without need for reps or responsibilities. Warm ups included, all on your own, DQ’s, Dead Man Hang, Imperial Walkers (maybe) along with some minor broga.

Mosey over to Country Squire for some mailbox roulette. Merkins for the left sided mailboxes, WWII’s on the right. All done brocode style with YHC determining when to switch exercises.

At the intersection of Country Squire and Ridge we partner up in odd numbered groups. Timer runs up the hill to the first reflective sign on the right and returns to find other performing squats and shoulder taps. Rotate a few more times.

Slowsy up the hill as a group performing lunges, high knees walks, reverse lunge and finally mosey to the tip of the triangle park. Observing various landscaping features along the way the seemed like good bathing options to some.

At the triangle we grouped again. Timer runs to the traffic light and returns to find partner performing various ab centric exercises. These included LBC’s, Flutters, APD’s and Freddie Mercuries.

Slowsy into the park for some broga including pigeon and shavasana. BTTVF to meet up with Kubota. Names, no numbers, Prayers, Announcements. YHC took us out.

NMS: YHC had no idea what he was going to do today. A casual beatdown with plenty of conversation and broga was just what YHC needed after a hectic week. Sorry for the late backblast but it has been one of those days. Great mumblechatter of various topics including honeymoons, swim attire, travel plans among other topics. No verbal assaults from the neighborhood but plenty of decor open for comment. Thank you fellas for the opportunity to lead. Always enjoy this group of lads.

  • Casual Potatoes

A triumphant trio of F3’s finest chose to end the week strong with a hot potato at SOJ’s most exclusive early morning establishment. Vacant Q sheet matters not as mumble chatter was a plenty. Here is how things went down.

Last Call Q: Mosey around Betty Weaver to ensure no stragglers were coming in hot. None to be seen so circle up at the front of the school for introductions and disclaimers. Conversational Warm Ups included Helis, DQ’s, Imperial Walkers, Ukrainian Soldiers, SSH’s, and Calf Dips on the Curb. Followed up with Triple Check #1 of WWII’s and Squats. Timer runs BTTVF and around the drop off loop.

Wedding Singer Q: Mosey to the rear of the school. Triple Check #2 with Merkins and American Hammers. Timer runs to the end of the blacktop and back.

Rosie Q: Mosey to the playground. Triple Check #3 Flutters and Pull ups (or rendition there of). Timer does 10 lunges (2 count). YHC took us out.

Announcements: Centurian CSAUP coming May 2-3. Routes are being engineered with both run and ruck options. See slack for deets. Prayers to those workers that have recently been released from their employment. Please keep a lookout for other opportunities that become available for these families.

NMS: The Lounge is dusting off the winter blues and prepping for spring rejuvenation. Today’s beatdown was just what YHC was looking for. Casual conversation with a bit of work in between. Topics mostly centered around work, vacations, travel, youth sports and colleges. Great times were had by all and look to see a few more of the lounge regulars return to the velvety embrace in the upcoming weeks. Thanks for the opportunity fellas. Always good to have a few laughs before the dawn.
