A trio of brogiis embraced the ideal conditions for an early morning stretch session. Full body work today with an extended shavasana to enjoy the perfect morning weather. Headlights are an unwelcome distraction but the ambient mumble chatter made for a good time. Well done fellas.

Three early risers came out for some Broga in perfect morning temps. All agreed that YHC is a shitty Yogi but we found out about Handshake’s burning taint.

When I arrived home from work, the rain let up. I was still committed to do a routine it would be more standing, not much on the ground. Luckily we were blessed it was not bad at all. I used the meet up area as our place to get ready. A day like today, try to work everything top to bottom, hit the muscles get them mobile knowing they’re about to take a thrashing. It was about 15-20 minutes, then we were ready for the main part A tip for those who want to just get started. You don’t need…

2 regular F3 Brogiis were so excited for Attila FW Q that sleep was not on the menu. Like a pair of 8 year olds at Christmas, they sprang from their abodes with excitement, broga mats in hand to enjoy the ideal conditions that awaited them at the River Road Baptist Church. Shoulders, Hips, Back and Glutes were well represented in the plan this morning. Good mumble chatter among the regular moans and groans. Thank you for joining me Hutton.

Beaver and I hit the morning with a mix of Broga and 369s Big Rig style! We knocked out 10 rounds of 369s with a run after the 5th round and another to finish strong. Beaver crushed his pull ups with some leg raised pull ups. I couldn’t manage those yet but maybe one day. Sending prayers for the men stepping up Friday night. Stay strong!

3 Broga veterans hit the courts of No Toll for ideal conditions in the 2025 debut. Conversation was strong over the groans and breaths of stretches. Emphasis on hips, shoulders, hammys and back. All the popular poses were encouraged and emphasized including pigeon, warriors (I & II) and childs pose. Shavasana was short and sweet due to the slight rain that arrived. Good times were had by most. Thanks fellas for joining me. Good to have both House Party and Chaplain out again.

6 HIMs came out to Timberwolf this morning, 3 chose rucking and 3 chose the bootcamp. It was foggy, humid, and a lot of running, but we got it done. The Q was not claimed, so we did a little hot potato full of triple checks! Round 1 Triple check by Tzatziki: Merkins, squats, and the runner to the curb Triple check by Woodsman : Dips, toe taps, and the runner to the light pole Triple check by Mudslide: Lieutenant Dans, inchworms (with a merkin), and the runner to light pole Round 2 Triple check by Tzatziki: Flutter kicks, LBCs,…

Four yogis emerged for an early morning routine with good coverage across a range of movements. It was certainly warmer than expected.

Six Booters and a single stroller enjoyed the glorious tuckahoe morning for a beatdown for the ages. The Pax anxiously awaited for the timely arrival of little blue only to be welcomed by the sign of the silver sedan of Hitch coming in hot. Most of the intrepid travelers set off while Kubota wandered aimlessly likely egging houses and leaving flaming bags of feces (possibly his own) on the enchanted Tuckahoe stoops. For us more cultured souls, here is how things went down. Mosey around the parking lot and into Henrico’s smallest but finest park for introductions, salutations and disclaimers.…
