Stretched, mumblechattered, bodily functioned, shavasana’d.

After the rain last weekend, the weather finally gave us a break to not only get the sun but the Saturday broga back again. 5 came out on a humid morning which helped to get the muscles loose. I definitely heard some grunting which is fine(after a while, that will change). Side bends, dead man hangs, little plank work, up and down dog, Warriors 1 and 2, triangles, side angle, pigeon etc was the order for today I like to call it Rock and Broga(like the rock music playing) a playlist I created a long time ago. Hope everyone feels…
A full hand of lean brogiis enjoyed the prime conditions that awaited them at Early First Watch this morning. Areas worked included back, shoulders, hammys, hips and glutes. Extended shavasana was extra nice with the cool temps and sound breeze. Mumble chatter was strong as expected leading to a variety of topics. Well done fellas.
A grizzled Brogi veteran met up with a Brogi virgin to work out some aches and pains prior to the epic Sable beatdown that ensued. Areas of emphasis included glutes, hips, hammys, shoulders and back. A touch of work on the groin and calves followed by a bit of shavasana. Pigeon was a crowd pleaser as is typically the case. Good to see Bone interested in a bit of prebeatdown limberness in the gloom. Always appreciate the laughs and the groans. Great work.
2 sleepless brojiis felt the need to get up before most in search of dry spots to lay out their properly sanctioned yoga mats for some predawn limberness. Variety of areas worked including hammys, groins, hips and shoulders. Shavasana was short but sweet. Appreciate the tales and the groans.
Four valent and fine looking fellows awoke before most to get a bit of stretching and groaning in before a First Watch beatdown. LC Q included work on shoulders, hammys and hips with emphasis on the glutes in the pigeon. While Handshake Q led us in variety of seated and front facing exercises such as scorpion kicks, pencil rolls and extended shavasana. Well done by all those who participated without prior notification.
Party of Two enjoyed the early service at No Toll to work out the kinks. Hammys and hips were the requested areas. Good conversation and fellowship ensued over a variety of topics. Pigeon, Warrior and Childs Pose were some suggested positions, followed by some band work and shavasana. Great to hear the Grow Ruck Tales from House Party. Swift recovery for Chaplain.
A record seven yogis, including one using a new mat, thought they were in for some light stretching to ease into the morning. We instead executed several power yoga motions building some muscle and breaking a sweat in the process.
A trio of southside yogiis enjoyed the calming conditions for an early morning broga session. Hawt Potatoe was on the menu with Chaplain starting us off to ease the troubled areas that included hammys, calves, hips and back. YHC took over midway to incorporate the shoulders, hips, and legs. Extended shavasana was enjoyed with prior to the epic NTB beatdown that followed. Well done this morning fellas.
6 men joined for a Hawt Potato Broga but Handshake kept the Q. We hit all the top stretches. Wilsons Wife, Fudds Wife, Ball Lickers, Scorpion Kicks, Inverted Scorpion Kicks, Calf Stretches. Top shelf material. Glad to lead my first Broga.
