    “Who’s running this show?” As 3 HIMs stretched OYO and MC’d into start time, perhaps a couple mins into it. There were only 2 of us scheduled to show up this gloom but we got a surprise from our beloved Pool Boy! YHC came flying into the neighborhood in celebration to hear of Pool Boys presence with at least a dozen quick honks from the pick up more than likely alerting and waking some of the park neighbors. I may need to write up an apology for that.

    • Cocaine Bears 15-20 parking spaces and Burnie back.
    • Light Post Run – start with 10 SSH’s every post adds 10 more reps than the previous. 7 posts = 280 SSH’s

    Announcements & Prayer Reqs – State Farm coming to town in a week or 2, looking out for that. Prayers for Pool Boys and the grandparents in their family.

    3 HIMs showed up to get all our Cindy’s moved and stashed away at our new spot. That alone was a work out in it self. This is how it went down…..

    • Mosey back to the truck to grab 2 more!
    • Repeat with farmers carry with Cindy’s but make a pitstop at the hill for……

    Alot of chatter about pretty much everything that was on our minds this morning from politics to drugs. There was a lot of talk about the amount of peanut butter used in one household. The YHC hopes there was no animals involved in the consumption of that.

Run to the 3rd light post for 5 reps Merkins/LBC’s, return to starting post and repeat for a total of 8 light posts. Total of 80 Merkins, 80 LBC’s and 2 miles of running.

  • Yukon With His Boots On!

    It’s our opening day of AO Loco Motion but It was a “bag skate” kind of morning for YHC after seeing USA fold in OT last night to Canada in the 4 Nations Championship. Poor Yukon showed up in his snow plowing boots expecting a snow filled workout. I’m rather impressed by how well he did during the workout in those boots! Way to go Yukon and also congrats on 40 Posts!
