Not that type of Flash. It was 5 legends on a rainy Tuesday [ 3 ruckers and 2 runners]. Apparently the Ruckers rucked so fast today that even though they were on the same street as us, they ninja flipped and disappeared so fast that we never saw them. Just like the Flash. That’s how serious these dude are.The rain held off just long enough, a nice cardio day for us all.The Bridge is Saturday April 26th – ask Corned Beef The Flash bye bye

3 Ruckers left Atlee at 5:30, rucked around Giles and returned at 6:13. 1 Runner left Atlee at 5:30, wasn’t feeling well and went home early. 3 Ruckers had numberama, namarama and No Idea took us out with a prayer. Hope Beat It is feeling better soon.

YHC had to laugh as we were recounting our workout this morning and the runners were doing the Farmhouse loop in Kings Charter. This is a nice 4 mile run and trash pick up is in full force on a Tuesday…and with the weary runners one thought they were seeing a transformer! The ruckers had a nice ruck this morning and had a Marco Polo sighting as he was running with his training goriup this am and paseed us on the trail. Numberama / Nameram – Opus took us out.

YHC set out to the great route in Giles and we finished in faster time that we had to add more route in the lot to finish on time. Runners posted about 4 miles. Ruckers – Corned Beef, Bulkhead, Maco and No Idea Runners – Opus Beat it and Trail Mix Opus took us out in prayer. Great discussion and ruck gents…see you in the gloom…Cheers….CB!
