If nobody is coming YHC is going to turn this boot camp into a run

5:30 COP DQs, Helicopters, Dead Man Hangs

Go for about a 4 mile run

Start at BW go to JRHS track run one lap, go behind BW to Robious take a left back to BW Repeto X3
