A nice steep climb up Ridgeway/Fairway/Robin/Iris to get the heart moving this morning. Cross onto York and take it to Granite. Take a right and pick up Tempsford. 4s go to the snake’s tongue and back. 5s do each fork and back. 6s do each fork twice and back.
