YHC got some news yesterday that caused for some DTH style inspiration routines this morning. Here’s the good stuff!
EMOM set for 45 mins to go off every minute to do 3 LBC’s.
Warmarama – Start with a 10 Burpee penalty. Mosey to the west octagon.

- 10 Reverse Arm Circles IC
- 11 Helicopters IC (Choo Choo claims wires are crossed in Beavers head)

COP 1 – Mosey to the snack shack for some KIDS, 3 sets. 1st set begins with 3 reps, add 3 additional reps to each round.
- Karaoke around the rock pits
- Imperial Walkers (2ct)
- Donkey Kicks
- Squats
COP 2 – Mosey to the football field for more moseying on the football field in arbitrary patterns.

COP 3 – BABY Lights – Run through the parking lot making stop at all 10 light posts. Perform 3 reps of each following exercise.
- Burpees
- APD’s
- Big Boy sit ups
- Y raises
Mosey to east octagon for Ring of Fire
- 10 Elliptical IC
