- Mosey to the black top for a one-man Dora (5 sets with a run for each exercise)
- 100 HRM
- 200 monkey humpers
- 300 LBC
- Mosey to the bus loop
- 15 wall sit with air press and 15 milkers
- 40 pole smokers
- 20 Mike Tysons
- Mosey back to the parking lot for COT with YHC taking us out
Attila Q means a Gomer Pyle post. YHC is the friend of the crippled and unstable. The PAX is also grateful that Gomer did not drive in on stolen wheels. After a year of driving a “hot” sports car, corrective actions are in place?!?! Stay tuned, Gomer’s either going to have new wheels or maybe a member of the PAX will be asked to bail him out of jail after going grand theft auto.
Great work from the PAX today. A solid core group despite it being spring break for the public school kids. High reps and limited mumble-chatter after COP.
