Conditions were a balmy ‘feels like 80 degrees’ this morning for the arrival of 11 of the finest runners in all of Richmond. YHC knew the conditions were going to be less than cool so the route needed to be of a commensurate challenge level plus simple enough directions because YHC can only remember but so many steps until things get foggy.
The route was as such: all 4s, 5s, and 6s head out Grove (heading east), and 4s turn back at the Boulevard, and come back down Monument, 5s turn at Meadow, and 6s turn turn back at Hawthorne.
Good mumblechatter on the run this morning, although YHC couldn’t be everywhere all at once. Please sound off in the comments your favorite topic of conversation from this morning’s run.
By all accounts the 6s were crushing it this morning, and one slightly late 6 (Phonics) came flying by to catch up to the 6s which were far off in the distance.
