Wilson Q : Mary….. Cross leg LBC’s – Cross Leg Lifts, Flutter Kicks, Hello Dollies, Rosalitas, American Hammers, Superman – Ring of Fire 10 merkins – back around opposite way 5 merkins
Bleeder Q : Triple Check : Lt Dan’s – lunges – peoples chair
Phonics Q – partner up run field 25 – 50 – 75 – full length with burpees….
Seymour Q: Amp Theatre : Lunges up run down – box jumps up run down – 3 times…
Malpractice Q: Find a tree – 5 trees 5 merkins 5 LBC’s partner plank – Balls to the wall
