- March up and down all 6 bleachers / 10 squats after each set / 3 sets
- March up and down of all bleachers / 10 Bulgarian split squats / 3 sets
- Ruck around Snack Shack / 10 Incline Merkins at tables / 3 sets
- Ruck Around Snack Shack / 10 bench step ups / 3 sets
- Return to vehicles. Final stretch – lunge from speed bump to cars.
