Partner Up- Each PAX makes their way across the field P1 – bearcrawl pull through with KB of your choice. P2- does a lunge walk with sandbag.
Assemble the KBs in a large circle and play Musicall Kettlebells. Each PAX works their way around each kettlebell doing 11 reps per kettlebell of an exercise chosen by a PAX member. Leroy Jenkins came into play during this COP.

Wonka’s brother in law joined us for Mammoth this morning, Harrison (31) from upstate NY? Or more like all over the country, told us of his story of he and his wife quitting their jobs and traveling all over the countryside, Thus, he was to be named Teton after the Grand Teton mountains.
