    MOLESKIN

Thirty minutes after signing up for a week of Qs, F3RVA’s favorite 8 year old regretted it, but it was too late, the word was out and there was no looking back.  One man was smitten enough to make it to all 6 Handshake romps in the gloom.  People will say it’s love.  The proof is in the man pudding.  All ambiguous jokes aside, congrats on 8 years.  Keep bringing the mumblechatter, pencil rolls, and chaos brother.

NMS:  It’s been too long since YHC has enjoyed a build-a-beast. Banter was strong after everyone was repeatedly shouting “I’m a Star!” with the 5th Beast round. PAX looked super strong and finished the cumulative beast with plenty of time left, so we used the field markers for a classic quarter pounder to stretch our legs a bit. Enjoyed meeting Pinetree from F3 Canal Fulton (Ohio), here for his son’s soccer tournament. The Bon Iron PAX is getting bigger and stronger. Way to push fellas! Also really enjoyed our coffeerama after – appreciate you Machinhead!!! Yours AYE! ~DTH

    20 calf raises, 10 squats
30 calf raises, 10 am ham
    40 calf raises, 10 freddies

    4 corners (2x)

    great morning had by all!

  • Who has a Rooster?

The warm weather popped a few cocoons and the PAX were out in force at TwinTeam. A few too many for the coupons YHC brought along so we had to supplement with the hidden cinderblocks.

High PAX numbers through off the plan for the day so sticking together and improvising through the chatter was the theme of the day. Early talk of bottle service with Rumpleminze in Columbia, SC got us through the warmup. Round robin with various weighted exercises and timer getting in a few pullups.

Other stuff happened too, some with weights, some without, very little counting and a bit of running. Overall a solid Lounge at TwinTeam workout with an excellent round of post-workout coffee.

Welcome back Sanchez and others that have been in hibernation.

  • 2 for The Gloom!

2 Distant PAX members converged for beatdown in Loco Motion fashion(pearls on a string). Here’s what the owls witnessed.

Get some mumble chatter going while waiting for any late stragglers. Warmarama at the flags: Busch Garden Machines, Arm Circles, Deadman Hang, Fudds Wife, Wilson’s Wife, Toe Grabs, Butterfly, Runner Stretch, Merkins IC.

Light Posts- Perform 10 SSH’s at every light post in front of the Jr. High BLDG.

No Parking – Perform 2 Fox Holes at every “No Parking Sign”. To Jump Starts surprise, there were a lot of signs.

Mosey to the High School Office/Flags to get friendly with the wall! 3 sets of 10 Heel Taps, 10 Donkey Kicks, 10 Hoedowns. Run a lap at the round about after every set.

Meander/Mosey to the coupon stash for Jack Webbs- 2 Shoulder Press for every Merkin. Take it to 7 since we were quickly running down the clock.

    Mosey BTTF’s

Thanks again for coming out this morning Jump Starts! Enjoy your time in CW & DC with the family!

  • Wednesday Funday

Three usual suspects departed from Midlo Middle, opted for Salisbury out and around.

YHC has some Qdoba gastro issues at the furthest point from the beginning. My compadres saved the day with a mirage in the oasis, a shiny porto tucked away at the next driveway. TMI I know, but it was a lifesaver.

Draper and Bullseye laid witness to the SpaceX departure racing across the sky. Or was it Iran? We’ll never know.

    -Singer

  • Monday Funday

Bullseye and Singer convened at Reds for 4 miles. Conversation got heated (in a good way) so we continued on for 5 while hashing out some work talk. Route was Elmstead and back around.

    MOLESKIN

According to a scientific study, today’s run was the greatest running Q of all time, the PAX ran further and faster than any group of 8 men has done in the history of time.  And the Q is the best-looking Q that ever lived.  Just presenting the raw data.  UpChuck moved into insurance only after his business naming paint colors and suburban streets fell on hard times.
