    7 dadbods skipped the fartsack for another edition of Flex Friday. Swole Friday?

    WARMARAMA:
    SSH, DQ, Ukrainian Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Michael Phelps, Helicopters, Jazzercise. Short Mosey to the end of the block and back.

    FlexFriday:
    Tabata: Pick an exercise: 20 secs work, 10 sec rest, repeat x 8 = 1 round. Run parking lot between rounds. Choose new exercise each round.
    Exercises: Block Burpees, KB Rows, American Hammers, Overhead Press, Merkins, Curls, Jump Rope, Goblet Squats.

    7 Rounds Completed – Well done boys.

    YHC wanted to lift coupons and keep the heart rate up. Tabata it is. I think the PAX today enjoyed the coupons of Kettlebells and Cinderblocks. Next time let’s not follow Overhead Presses with Merkins. Great to have Last Call at Satans Hill today; welcome to FlexFriday.

    10 strong showed up to challenge Satan’s Hill and start the week off right. The PAX debated the Shaqaroni and whether it was anything other than a pepperoni pizza. According to the frozen tundra here is what happened.

    COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; 10 Each DQ’s, Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperial Walkers, Coper head squat, Dead man hang, Merkins, Flutters, Dollies.  

    The thang:

    Run route of Sultree to Prenoman to Willimore to Amsynth back to shortcut to flag. Stop at every snowman (lawn decor or mail post light cover). Perform 1 set of 20 Merkins, 20 LBC’s and 20 squats at every snowman.

    Mosey down hill – Love Hill – Bear Crawl, Lunge, Broad Jump burpees – Repeato

    Grab a coupon

    Circle, rotate to next coupon every round – Curls, Press, Bench Press, WWIIs, Rows, Copters, Over head to Belly

    Mosey up the hill – 100 LBCs, Mosey Down the hill, 100 LBCs

    Dealers Choice – Runner calls exercise, 10 jerkins while pax does called exercise – Curls, Squats, Burpees, WWIIs, Press, Kettle Bell Swings

    BTF – After a quick jog to get Oyster to 1 mile – Ring of fire

  • Say his Name

    White Goodman. 11 Faithful gloom warriors posted for a mild morning beatdown. There was lots of mumble chatter including music thanks in part to Duke’s smoked chili the day prior. Here is what happened.

    COP: 30 SSH, 10 DQ’s, Mosey down to Otterdale make the turn up the hill and return to the lot. 10 helicopters, 10 merkins, 20 LBC’s, Deadman hang, etc.

    The thang: Head up Satan’s hill to the back corner of the hood stopping at every other mailbox for 10 merkins, 20 LBC’s and 30 squats. completing 10 took us to the corner of Millington so why not run to the very end of hood and back. Heading back complete 20 SSH’s and 20 arm circles at every 3rd mailbox. Switched arm circles to monkey humpers at 3rd stop. I could not watch Heists arm circle form anymore. Stop at top of hill. 3 mailboxes left 50 Merkins at first 2 and 50 squats at last. BTF. Hold 6 inches until time was called.

  • Who is shopping today?

    3 men posted wondering why would you get up to shop when you can get up to work out. Quite a heat wave this AM, as always 72 and sunny. According to the bargain hunters leaving the hood early here is what went down.

    COP: A lot of warm up exercises.

    The Thang: 3 triples. !st coupon curls, pull ups or jerkins and runner to otterdale. 2nd Coupon overhead press, bench dips and runner to fire hydrant. 3rd Merkins, LBC’s and runner to coupon pile. Finish off with some stretches.

    YHC took us out in prayer.

  • I thought River Run was no longer an AO

    5 very cold human ice cycles needed a way to warm the core temperature this morning.

    Mosey all the way back to the very end of the neighborhood for the COP

    Head back towards the flag Lunges, Box Jumps, Karaoke right and then left, Bear crawl

    Mosey to the bottom of the hill and partner up YHC was the shadow for Oyster Partner 1 does exercise while partner 2 runs up the hill and back. WWII’s, Sugar Sticks, Squats

    Mosey to the top of the main hill, PAX does exercise that is called while each HIM takes a turn running down then up the hill.

    NMS: The overall plan did not go as planned this morning but it kept us moving. YHC had planned to use both the hills together but then realized that they where not as close together as YHC remembered. YHC’s plan was to do a little more cardio this morning but it ended up being a little more than planned.

    7 Stallions, 7 Warriors, 7 Spartans, 7 Beasts…. 7 dads in their best Dicks Sporting Good threads, sneakers and a fresh cut from Sports Clips ready to take on another edition of Flex Friday at Satans Hill.

    WARMARAMA:
    SSH, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Cherry Pickers, DQ, LBC, Merkins, Flutter Kicks

    THE THANGS:
    Mosey to the bottom of the hill. Partner up and rotate Bear Crawls, Lunges, and Broad Jump Burpees until both partners get to the top of Satans Hill.

    Triple Check: Run to stop sign and back. Flutter Kicks, Jump Squats.

    Mosey to the Coupons. Grab a coupon for Coupon Circus. 3 Stations.
    1 person runs to the Jump Rope. 30 Jump Ropes as the Timer.
    2nd person runs to the Blocks and completes exercise while waiting on Timer.
    Everyone else – Coupon work waiting on the timer and rotate.

    Circle Up: Ring of Planks. 20 Jump Ropes as the timer.

    Mosey to the Hill for Native American Run to the top. 10 Merkins at the Top. Native American Run back to the Flag.

    4 Dudes hit Satans Hill this morning. What we saw was some craziness in the sky from the latest NASA launch.

    COP – SSHs, DQs, Helicopters, Squats, Stretches, UFO Sightings, LBCs

    Mosey up the hill trying to determine what was happening in the sky.

    Intersection work, mosey to each intersection and do called exercise. – LBCs, WWIIs, Box Cutters, Merkins, Monkey Humpers, Lunges, Jerkins, Dry Docks.

    Covered 1.5 miles and sweated in the November heat!
