Exercises were: 40 mountain climbers, 30 SSH, 10 merkins, 20 butt kickers, 20 Carolina Drydocks, 30 flutters, 30 dollies, and several were repeato with some one minute planks and AG’s worked in. Return to parking lot. PArtner up. Partner one rotate 10 curls and 10 presses with coupon while runner runs and does 10 jerkins. Repeato with 10 rock copters and 10 bent presses. BTF for 4 minutes of mary. Dealers choice of 10. LBC’s, Susanne summers, cross leg lifts, crunchy frogs, box cutters, dollies. Time was called.

Start with 12 mailbox burpees. Run to the end of the cul-de-sac and do 20 squats, 10 ball dippers, halfway up to the intersection do 20 American hammers and 10 crunchy frogs, at the top do 20 shoulder taps 10 merkins.
Five men showed up to Satan’s Hill this morning hoping to start the week off right and to hopefully see the last sub 30 gloom for a while. After some brief mumble chatter start was called and according to the white Tesla here is what went down.
COP: 24 (degrees) of SSH, 10 each: DQ’s, Helicopters, Imperial Walkers, Russian soldiers, dead man hang, merkins, LBC’s. Mosey to top of Satan’s hill.

PAX run to next corner and call out at least 50 of an exercise or combo of multiple exercises to equal at least 50. 1st corner YHC called 25 merkins, 25 LBC’s, 25 flutters and 25 Dollies (yes i know that’s a 100). 2 rounds with a run to curl-de sac. 2nd corner Beavis called 25 balldippers and 25 plank jacks. 3rd corner times 3. Rosco calls 50 squats then audible to 25 squats and 25 promdates x3 rounds. Corners 7,8 and 9 Honeymoon called 10 burpees, 30 LBC’s and 20 Drydocks, corners 10 and flag being 11 POG called 5 burpees, and a lot of something else. BTF for ring of fire with a twist. PAX do merkins while runner/timer runs to far end of lot and back on return switch to LBC’s and repeato. Completed 2 rounds with squats being added for PAX in round 2.
Hermie and YHC arrived to barren Satan’s hill for a little Saturday morning fun. Typical COP. Hermie called for the horseshoe with doubles on each end. 10 Merkins run to other side, 10 merkins, 20 monkey humpers, 10 merkins 20 monkey humpers, 30 LBC’s, run. You get the picture. 40 mountain climbers, 50 squats, 60 curls with coupon finished us out. Then reverso back down to just the 10 merkins. Time was called. 2.1 miles covered. Hermie took us out in prayer.
So this BB is long over due and I sit trying to remember what the heck we did! No intentional embellishment was made if something is wrong it is due to old age/bad memory. YHC arrived to Satan’s hill on brisk 72 degree morning to find 3 eager warriors ready to take on the gloom. According to the shite Tesla here is what happened.

The Thang: Run to top of Satan’s hill and at top intersection perform 20 Merkins, LBC’s, FLutters, Dollies, Rosalita’s for an even 100. Repeato at next 3 intersections. Make way to a cinder block pile. With coupon perform an array of 3 exercises and then YHC would yell run to far curl-de-sac. Repeato 5 times. Run BTF, time was called.
