6 grown-boys made it to The Alamo this morning to run around a parking lot and listen to YHC get excited about the CFP National Championship game tonight. Here’s what went down… WARMARAMRA – Moseyed to the other side of the horseshoe for some stretching. Headed back to the front of the clubhouse. COP #1 – Eye of the storm. Why? Lots of running with (3) destinations to help foreshadow how the Irish win tonight. How will they do it? Lots of running by (3) players: Leonard, Love, Price. Destinations were the top of the hill, one side of the…

10 HIMs found their way to the Alamo this morning for a late Q grab by YHC. Light mosey down to the new section with a indigenous people run back to the flag. Waiting for us was a masked individual. First stretch needed to be DMH to ensure the masked F3er was in fact Cookie……. The moans indicated it was. After a series of stretches and such, the PAX wandered down the frozen path to the tunnel. During the stops we kept loosing Wildcat, oh wait, he was just doing burpees. Dora was up. Timer ran to the far end…

title refers to this current event: https://www.wtvr.com/news/local-news/7-eleven-fire-time-square-drive-chesterfield-jan-5-2025 Anyway – six dudes today. No injuries. Warmorama: SSH, squats, merkins and some stretches. COP 1: Triple check behind the pool: Squats and Merkins. Runner to edge of woods and back. COP 2: Slide over to the bunker for 11s in the dry part. SSH and 2x flutters. Next – gave option to check out the burned down 711 or stay in the bunker for beatdown. Good choice from Pax because the beatdown would have involved burpees. Jogged to 711 and back. Yup. It’s burned down. News crews there for the story of…

6 HIMs emerged from the gloom ready to take on a New Year’s Eve Eve beatdown. After a quick mosey down the street and BTTF, we started off with some stretching. We were delighted to see Big Herm’s truck pull up (only a few minutes late…). 6 became 8 and we were ready to rock n’ roll. After warmup and stretches, mosey to clubhouse door for the first leg of the Triple Decker (a la 3 triple checks). Round 1 – J Lo’s + Cinder Block Squats + runner to top of hill and back Round 2 – Move over…

15 HIMs came out to make some room on the waistline to enjoy some delicious and moist cookies…according to the random pile of cinder blocks we found deep in The Alamo, here’s what happened: PAX mentioned they were cold, so YHC kept things moving. Mosey to the playground and instead of circling up, we lined up for warmarama. SSH then high knees to next mailbox, Imperial Walkers then butt kickers to next mailbox, etc. Rotate to end of street. Merkin alley. Ascending Merlin’s every driveway to 5, then descending to the end. oh what’s this, a pile a cinder blocks?…

Woodsman VQ 16 HIMs joined the Woodsman for his long overdue VQ in the elements. It was cold, wet, and raining, all of which we conquered. The fun began with a mosey down the main street with two stops for 4 burpees (just for Dumar) and then back to the clubhouse lot for the circle up. The F3 mission statement and 5 core principles were then stated for the PAX. Warmarama:  – SS hops x 10 – Don Qs x 10 (with a poor cadence) – Ukranian soldiers x 10 (also with a poor cadence) – Dead man hang…

14 grown-boys stumbled out of bed and made their way to The Alamo this morning to get their week started RIGHT! YHC was out of town last week and was feeling fat/lazy so the PAX was treated to some extra cardio. Here’s what went down… WARMARAMA – Moseyed over to the other end of the horseshoe for some stretching. SSH’s, DMH, Imperial Walkers, V-Sit (Shoutout to Meatball), Butterfly, Leg Pulls, Rosco’s Mom, Merkins, Wilson’s Wife and Fudd’s Wife. COP #1 – Tacky Light Run The PAX ran through RounTrey stopping at each intersection for a called exercise. YHC stuck with…

10 fine F3 studs jumped out of their cozy beds to start the day off doing something difficult. There were a few interesting uncoverings as well. Mystery solved of the white car the morning PAX has kept a watchful eye on, turns out it was just the paperboy. An unnamed PAX likes to wear his wife’s cloths…… anyway, on with the show. Got the blood pumping with a decent jog down and back. Circled up for the warmarama. SSH, DMH, helicopters, Fudds M, arm circles. COP 1 & 2: double Dora, because why not. 100 WW2, 200 merkins, 400 mountain…

15 grown-boys got their week started right at The Alamo! Although only some of the PAX was able to attend the Chili Cookoff yesterday, we all paid for it. It’s safe to say that the old saying “beans, beans the magical fruit…the more you eat, the more you toot” proved true this morning. WARMARAMA – Moseyed to the neighborhood entrance and back. Circled up, gave the F3 mission and got into it. SSH’s, DMH, Butterfly stretch, Old school V-Stretch, LBC’s, Rosco’s Mom, Merkins. COP #1 – Moseyed down to an intersection for a Triple-Check. Exercise #1 – Run to the…
