Seventeen runners in the gloom
Off they went with a zoom
Westwardly down Grove to Wilton
Heading toward the sounds of train and river
Wilton House, Kenmore, and up Ampthill
Around the Crescent to TYA’s ‘hood
Down and up the hills, the elevation changes
Meeting the rising sun climbing Pocahontas
Back to Grove for some, while others transversed Windsor
