A Sensational Six found the finest prime, manicured real estate in Tuckahoe to enjoy a leisurely beatdown that was rehearsed and played out to perfection. Here is how things went down.
Mosey to Henrico’s smallest park to the lush and pristine turf located on the south end of the park. Salutations and disclaimers were properly detailed with a warm up that included SSH’s, Helis, Jazzercise, Dead Man Hang, Michael Phelps, LBC’s and some light broga. All seemed warm and ready, no need to wander far.
Partner up for a Dora. Timer runs down to the base of Culpepper and returns. 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC’s.
Triple Check Time. Timer skips a portion of Westham Parkway up to River, running the remainder. Exercises included WWII’s & Pickle Pounders (modify to Monkey Humpers if desired).
Brocode 7’s. Jump Squats and Carolina Dry Docks. Lunge up a portion of Ridge towards River, Bernie Back.
BTTVF for a quick stretch session. Numbers, Names, Announcements and Prayers. YHC took us out.

NMS: With Deliverance postponed a week due to water levels, Q sheet was open so YHC took advantage to control a leisurely beatdown staying close to home but avoiding the church parking lot. Park was plush and enjoyed by many. Finest Dog park in Tuckahoe. Mumble Chatter was on point as expected.
