A whopping 18 of the finest looking wankers embraced the ideal conditions for the summer tour stop at the Forge. Many enticed by the flattering Forgecast preblast sent out in the waning hours last night. Here is how things went down.
Mosey down to the lightly used tennis courts for saluations and disclaimers. Warm ups included SSH’s, DQ’s, Dead Man Hang, Cherry Pickers, Jazzercise with toe taps. Mosey out to the plush turf for additional broga warm up including pigeon and various wife positions.
Line up on the endzone for Red Bruschetta. 100 yard sprint followed by 100 merkins. AG for the 6 where we brocode back to the launch point. 75 yard sprint – 75 single count Mountain Climbers. 50 yard sprint – 50 WWII’s. 25 yard sprint – 25 jump squats. 10 yard bear crawl – 10 burpees. Incredible enjoyment was had by all attendees.
Mosey to the bleachers for a triple check. Timer runs the entire bleachers. Peoples Chair and Bleacher Dips were the called exercises.
Slow mosey back out Machismo Gate and the long way around back up the ramp (much easier if security was more abiding). BTTVF thru various modes of transportation (mosey and skipping) stopping at each pavement area for various exercises including Carolina Dry Docks, Lt. Dans, & LBC’s.
60 seconds of Deadman Hang.

NMS: It has been a while since YHC has Q’d at the Forge. Phenomenal turnout was much appreciated with some mumble chatter throughout. Always enjoy the plush turf football field before we are banned with the upcoming season. Thank you boys for the opportunity to lead and enjoyed the good humor and quality fellowship. Great work today.
