2 Davillians got up early on Thanksgiving for the Daville’s Thanksgiving Run.
Route was a typical run around Rutland and Cool Spring Forest for 3.5 miles. Speakeasy got in more (most likely over 5) with the run to the AO and run afterwards

4 Runners and 2 Ruckers enjoy a cooler Thursday morning in Rutland.
Runners Route – Head down Combs to the Villas at Rutland before turning onto to crestfield. We then took the reverse loop of Rutland but taking the trail cut through to Rutlandshire. Mile two include a loop around the library and PBR before heading over to Kroger. Mile 3 include a loop around Kroger and Rutland Center. Mile 4 varied a little but began with a loop around Rutland townhouses and either finished with a run back up Rtualndshire or a loop around Combs.
Ruckers got their 5 am start and did their thing
YHC was totally outnumbered with Mr. Holland leave a little early for work that left only a crew of Respect PAX and a hate

3 running public school teachers and 3 rucking non-public school teachers posted on this perfect Thursday morning for the Tomato Run/Ruck. This is what occurred.
The Routes
Runners – About 4.9 minutes doing the Bojangles loop, run through Rutland, Knollwood, and then the modified Bojangles loop.
Ruckers – About 4 minutes through various locations.
COT – Numberarama, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, Opus took us out.

Weather was close to perfect this morning. The route decisions were shared this morning. For the runners, conversation seemed to focus on teacher topics, Europe, and the EU. From what I was told about the rucker’s conversation, one topic of interest was finding the perfect one-level home for Corned Beef.

6 Davillians brave the winter like temp north of the wall to get some mid week miles
5am Ruckers did their thing
4 Runners heading out on a traditional route around Rutland, Knollwood, and Cool Spring Forest Trail. 2 Runners go in the full run for 4.5+ miles while YHC and Opus turning around before Knollwood for 2.25 run follow by a walk/run around the Bojangles loop for another mile and quarter.

5 Runners and 2 Ruckers enjoy some warmer weather to get some miles.
YHC recovering from being sick early in the week join Corned Beef for the ruck. We head to Cool Spring Rd before cutting onto Old Cool Spring for lap around then Bojangles loop for 2.5 miles
Runners – YHC sent out the route for the Kroger loop. Speakeasy lead the way and the PAX got 4 to 5 miles in

4 runners and a four legged one plus 2 Ruckers hit the street of Atlee for another tomato morning
Runners headed out to Atlee station and ran around the new asst. living facility, under the flyover tunnel follow by the trail loop in Cool Spring East and finished with the Rutland loop for 4 miles
Ruckers got their 5 am start, stop by the AO at 5:30 in case of any late Ruckers and did their thing

Three men took to the road in Rutland for an early morning Thursday run. The weather was close to perfect and the pace was quick.
The Route
We did the traditional Rutland Loop going into Cool Spring, then Knollwood, then the loop in Cool Spring West, then back into Rutland to finish. The pace was quicker than normal with the runners completing 5 miles.
COT – Numberorama, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, YHC took us out

Lots of mumble chatter this morning including where Pop Tarts rank in healthiest foods. Don’t look up this information if you believe Pop Tarts are a delicious and nutritious start to the morning.

Route was easy, two loops around the schools to get in a 5k. Mustang and his 2.0 joined us for the second loop

5 Davillians including a late arrive from YHC got in some miles on Thursday morning.
Route included 4 different loops around the Rutland community.
1st Loop was a traditional loop of Oakham, Hughesland, and Crestfield.
2nd Loop was around the townhouses
3rd Loop was the Bojangles Loop
4th loop was a repeat of loop 1
Total miles 4.25
YHC got late start only getting in around 3 miles. Thanks Speakeasy checking the route and getting the pax started
