  • Who is Qing this S#$! Show

    7 men assembled for a Fiesta on Cinco de Mayo. Crumb aka Cookie was the first person in the lot and I wondered if the cheese grater was making a return, alas it was.

    Quick mosey around the to start.  COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; Willy Mays Hayes, 10 Each, Jim Duggan’s,  Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperials Walkers, , Copper head squat, Cherry pickers, Merkins, Dollies, Flutters.  

    Cinco Exercises (KB Swings, KB Marching Boy, KB Halo Lunges, Curls, Skull crushers) Cinco reps each. Run to end of lot after completion. After 2 break for 5MOM ABS.

    Cinco Check. Same exercises dropping halo lunges. Runner/Timer across the lot. This felt more like herding cats then structured exercises. It was at this point crumb asked who was Qing to which I replied you here me talking right.

    Prayers for Hermies 2.0 on good health, to Purple Rains sister family, to kids graduating and moving on in life and to our military protecting our freedom.

  • Clear as Rudy (Mud)

    A strong showing on a brisk morning, but Alamo crew was as strong as a 3 month old baby. Yeah Swoop is a beast, but I guess it was too fridged for the rest.

    Quick mosey around the lot. Basic introduction. SSH, IW’s, Jazzercise, DQ’s, Willy Mays Hayes, Roscoe’s mom, merkins, LBC’s ETC.

    Despite crystal clear directions the PAX struggled with understanding where I was going or trying to lead them?

    Split the Pax in 2. Go to separate ends of lot. 1 runner from each team race to the center for 10 Bouyah Merkins or WWII’s alternating. Remaining PAX does exercise of runners choice. First round was like coaching my 5 year old son in Tee Ball! Losing team does burpees.

    Mosey to the bunker for round 2 and 3. Same premise but start at top of hill and race to center of bunker.

    Some wheels were shown, no one was hurt and beatdown was complete.

  • Lemon Poundcake

    10 strong came out for the last crisp morning of spring. They were treated to a fascinating story of lemon poundcake. YHC was surprised not one PAX was following this store as he is fascinated by it. Do yourself a favor and google lemon poundcake. According to Afroman here is what went down.

    Quick mosey to the base of the hill and back. COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; Willy Mays Hayes, 10 Each, Jim Duggan’s,  Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperials Walkers, , Copper head squat, Cherry pickers, Merkins, Dollies, Flutters. 

    Mosey to top of hill. Big 4 corners. 25 Merkins, 50 LBC’s, 75 Squats and 100 SSH.

    Triple check down the shortest road in New Market (which is still long). Hand release Merkins and dollies. 2nd round was plank jacks and SSH’s? Lunge/Mosey to turnaround. Stop tell the story of Afroman. Mosey through trail BTTF.

    Good work Snooki! Representing the Woodshed! With Globetrotter and Trespass New Market Village had more entries today than Roundtrey. I guess with no workouts those boys will be putting the round in Roundtrey!

  • Bourbon Farts

    The air was crisp and thick as 5 of SOJ’s finest came out to see what YHC’s return to the Q sheet had in store. Attendance was light but mumblechatter was heavy as these HIM’s went to work. According to the early arriving school personnel, this is what happened.

    Mose around front of school to side bus loop.

    COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; Willy Mays Hayes, 10 Each, Jim Duggan’s,  Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperials Walkers, , Copper head squat, Cherry pickers, Merkins, Dollies, Flutters.  

    Old school Light pole alley. Start at both furthest ends and do 100 of called exercise on both ends. Reduce by one lightpole and by 10 exercises each round. Exercises were calf raises, LBC’s, Monkey humpers, Merkins, Drydocks, WWII’s, Not worthy’s. And a few I missed.

    Ended with 6 minutes of Dojo Dan and BTTF.

  • Active Situation

    4 of the deep south’s finest ventured out to the best SOJ AO to see what Humpday had in store for them. As the Bus area was bustling with activity the 4 horsemen were off for an adventure. According to the bus drivers here is what went down.

    Mosey to the back of school. COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; Willy Mays Hayes, 10 Each, Goof mornings aka Wayne’s Worlds, Willy Mays Hayes,  Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperials Walkers, , Copper head squat, Cherry pickers, Merkins, Dollies, Flutters. 

    The Thang: Mosey to track on straightaway run to halfway point perform 50 Merkins , run to end squats 100 and then 50 on way back. Different transportation on the curve to the other side. Repeato with 25 Plank Jacks, 50 LBC’s. Transport the curve back to other side for 25×2 Flutters, 50 Monkey humpers, repeat, repeat.

    Run the stadium stairs 2 loops. BTTF for 3 minutes of Mary.

  • People of a my age

    I am often reminded how old I am. By the things my mind thinks I can still do vs. what my body can do. When I make a reference to a TV show and no one know what I am talking about, etc. So when I brought up the most famous postman in the world, next to Newman, the Pax fell silent.

    Quick mosey through the lot. COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; Willy Mays Hayes, 10 Each, Jim Duggan’s,  Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperials Walkers, , Copper head squat, Cherry pickers, Merkins, Dollies, Flutters. 

    The Cliff Klaven: 5 Mailboxes = 5 of called exercises at each mailbox. Repeato to the back of hood and back. Exercises were, to name a few: Christain McCalfraises, Jump squats, IW’s, Ukrainian Soldiers, Firecrackers, etc, Found our way back for 5 minutes of Mary. YHC wanted to see who would be the first to put us on our six. It happened.

    COT- YHC took us out in prayer. Call out to the Roundtrey wicked witches sho melt in the rain! Where U at!!!!

  • Back at the Hundy!

    5 Men posted out to The Old Hundred. Some wanted to see a Nancy Lopez Q after a long absence while others did not look at the Q sheet and showed up anyways. With a CCPS Maintanance employee looking on, here is what went down.

    Quick mosey around the front lot to start.   COP- 20 each SSH, LBC; Willy Mays Hayes, 10 Each, Jim Duggan’s,  Jazzercise, Helicopters, Imperials Walkers, , Copper head squat, Cherry pickers, Merkins, Dollies, Flutters. 

    Get Ur done. 5 exercises consisting of 20 reps of side swings (Tiger Woods), Upright rows, Curls, Skull crushers, front swings. Take a lap around front lot. Repeato 5 times.

    5 exercises 20 reps: LBC’s, Flutters, Prom Dates, Dollies, Rosalita’s. Take a lap. Repeato 2 times. Roscoe’s Mom led us out in some stretches. Time was called.

    Recent travel has kept me alway from Mid week beatdown, but it is good to be back. Dumar has the Q at SOT Wednesday, come on out!

  • No #ickheads

    The New Zealand All Blacks have 12 Team rules. #6 being no #ickheads. If you never read the book Legacy, please do, it is great read about a Rugby club that has sustained the test of time and delivered an all-time win percentage of 76%. Coaches have changed, players have changed but the winning culture has remained. Rule #12 is “Leave the jersey better than you found it”. And thus the challenge, leave F3 better than you found it.

    Men showed up in bitter cold. Men pushed each other. Men made each other better. Men gathered in circle of trust. YHC took us out in prayer. SYITG

  • I will be there

    There was 7 who claimed they would be there including a guarantee that never came to pass. 1 Rucker and 4 walkers set off from The Bucks on Midlo. All came to share in some excellent mumble chatter. 60 minutes and 3.2 miles were logged.
