10 men arrived at the “STOP SIGN of RUCKERS”, One of us (FlyBoy) arrived anxiously early at 5:15am instead of 5:30am, on Camdale/Bellstone to get in a 45min ruck. We trekked into the new section and saw for the first time, a FAKE DOG keeping watch of Crabgrass dropping a deuce. Good boy! We talked about variety of things, almost had us an ole’ fashion Ruck Fight w/ knives, and we grew together as men do on weighted morning walks with each other. Some of us laughed, some of us cried remembering our bad moments in Ultimate Frisbee, and some…

3 Beasts from the east got together this morning to work on our rucking pace. We got in 3 miles at a pace of 15:30. A lot of chatter this morning about daily routines and having kids. YHC agrees that Wildwood has one of the best daily routines which includes a lot of golf. Beavers next Q will be his 100th! Without his push, discipline, and commitment, we wouldn’t even have an F3 in New Kent. He didn’t just show up he helped build something. Appreciate you! YHC out Don’t waste the day!

Six Ruckhenge regulars and one esteemed FNG gathered this morning for a ruck around Larus park and Stony Point Fashion Park. Welcome Dolly (Lee Franco – Sable’s VCU colleague)!! We trekked the western side of Larus, crossing the Sabot School gate, and onward to Stony Point Mall. We then turned East towards the VCU outpatient center and re-entered Larus. It was at that point YHC took the PAX into uncharted territory. We encountered a very steep hill, then a downed tree, then a “private property sign”… odd…before crossing a brick wall that could only signify one thing, the back of…

7 HIMs came out on a cold April morning to enjoy the cool air. It was a busy morning in the hood, many more cars on the road than normal. No worries, onward we go. YHC had his wife’s yoga pants on and set a brick pace for the squad. Skipped are usual route and went around the far side of RounTrey. Made our way to Alamo, Flyboy thought we were going home, but no, more time to ruck so we skipped around the other way past 3 Doors Down and made our way to the reservoir. Flyboy thought we…

With Beaver down range Wildwood and I decided to try and beat his rucking pace this morning. We had a good shuffle going on but couldn’t quite get there but we will! We knocked out a little over 3 miles at a 16:30 pace. It was good to catch up and talk about vacations, kids and pretty much everything going on in this crazy world. We both agreed that people need to focus more on improving themselves than focusing on the flaws of others. More people need to wake up earlier and put in the work! Don’t waste the day.

An unexpected Tuesday ruck culminated late Monday night through text. Whatever it takes to get people out seemed to be the theme. When I arrived, I couldn’t help but notice the undercurrents of tension. Little did I know that this was actually a recon mission for Flyboy’s ongoing grudge against New Market. I’m not even sure they’re aware. In his words, “I’m behind enemy lines.”Fandango seemed slightly jealous and the other side of Hull St remained neutral. I’m not sure what’s going on between RoundTrey and New Market, but everytime I’m with Flyboy, the tension seems to rise. I hope…

6 gloom warriors rolled into a dark, foggy & misty morning at Timberwolf. As Led Zeppelin says, “So I’m packing my bags for a misty mountain, where the spirits go now, over the hill where the spirits fly!” It’s 5:30, time for FlyBoy to make his decision; boot camp or ruck? YHC got excited when he saw the weighted vest emerge from the trunk of his car. Crabgrass joined for moral support. And we were off, 3 ruckers (Crabby, FlyBoy, TSG) and 3 boot campers! I don’t think anyone signed up for bootcamp Q, so I think they rotated, TSG…

4 men gathered on this crisp Spring morning for a short 3.5 mile trip around Huguenot/Westchester. April fools and fraudsters were the topic of convo for much of the morning. We then felt the Bern on a couple hills before returning to Einsteins Bagels for a discussion centered on chaos and order. JP’s 2nd rule for life. Thanks for the company and discussion gents. Announcements: Century Classic is coming up so join a team and check Slack for details/updates.

6 HIMs gathered at the stop sign. 1 HIM we found running. 1 HIM jumped out from behind a tree and startled the unsuspecting newcomers to the RounTrey Ruck Club. All in total, 8 HIM came out to put some work in! Started at stop sign, had light conversation on what’s better than a kettlebell or MTG cards to get weight in your pack. Only took 5 minutes before TSG felt lost but his spirits were lifted when we passed Matlock out there crushing it on his gloomy run! Walked past McGruffs house, nothing. Around the bend and crosses the…

Six mates climbed aboard the H.S.S. NTB for a voyage around the Bon Air seas. One PAX was almost lost overboard when his foot caught the edge of the curb and was sent to the pavement. Our man was pulled back aboard unharmed but not before changing his name to Tripper since the rhyming was just too good. We all returned safely to the shores of Einstein bagel where we dug in to Rule 1 of Jordan Peterson’s 12. Scram asked us all to rate ourselves from 1-10 though the scale was never truly defined. Hotness? Likelihood to go bankrupt?…
