3 of us got together to try and figure out how the woman’s brain works. We were very unsuccessful but us men did agree with alot when it came to marriage. Our buddy Wildwood will be getting married soon so we threw in our opinions and thoughts about marriage. We are very lucky to have these woman in our lives to keep us on the straight and narrow. Knocked out 3 miles with some iron in your backs. Don’t waste the day!

This busy Beaver put in some extra credit with a 3 mile ruck setting a pace of 16:57/mi. with his wee tiny legs. Sadly, it was a ruck for one, but a good ruck! Always trying to beat the previous pace. -The only thing we can control in this life is our intentions.- Beaver
Four men arrived at EB for the latest edition of Ruckhenge. Here is what they got. 3.5 miles of Larus and surrounding areas. A little over time but the conversation was strong and this continued into our kick off for the Twelve Rules For Life by J. Peterson. Thanks for the company and the discussion this morning lads. Announcements: Chili cook-off at L. Woods 3.22 @ 3pm. Provide a HC, details on Slack. CSAUP: 2025-centruy classic. Sign up is now available in Monthly Challenge Sheets
6 HIMs got out there and got after it today. It was a chilly morning and none of us had coffee, so Fandango and Warby set a good pace out the gates as we left the stop sign and made our way to Alamo. Looped around by McGruff’s house and crossed over to pay our respects to the gas station. Worked our way through the rolling hills by the reservoir and looped around back to the start. 3.5 miles in total. Conversations varied. Flyboy, a new member of the Pax, joined us with a backpack of various trinkets that included…
A swarthy seven were kind enough to wait for a last-minute NTB arrival for this week’s rendition of Ruckhenge! YHC launched out of bed late (really need to check the alarm settings) and that same rush of adrenaline to get to the AO on time set the tone for our fast pace through the forest and around Stony Point mall. We returned to the parking lot where we narrowly escaped an assassination attempt by a Karen who was eager to get her bagels before us even if it meant running us over. Announcements: SOJ Chili Cookoff – Saturday 3/22 @…
2 very enthusiastic men showed up this morning to knock out a 3 mile ruck. YHC moaned and wined about not sleeping again. Beaver is in recovery mode for a little bit. Our sons are driving us a little crazy but we’ll survive! YHC was in a rush to cut out to take the kids to school. Don’t waste the day! OUT
1 eager Beaver emerged from the dense forest of pines for an improved ruck of 3 miles. The first half mile was with 80 lbs (30lb sack/50 lb sandbag), not timed. The remaining 2.59 miles was a ruck with intermittent ruck shuffles for a pace of 14:31/mi.
A fabulous five ditched their leotards and instead donned their packs in the pursuit of rucking gold. Along our nearly 4mile journey we listened to Purple Rain’s recounting of what he picked up from the morning’s finest radio program, Coast to Coast with George Noory. Lizard people, aliens, and flaming skulls at Indian burial grounds were the highlights of what we assume is a daily listener, long time caller situation for our friend PR. Many other tall tales were told along the journey and we barely escaped a shakedown by a Stony Point mall cop to return safely to Einstein’s…
3 Iron Haulers emerged from the gloom to stake claim on PFP with one glorious Shovel Flag for what Wanka described as, “you just meet up and ruck for 45 minutes?” We kept a hot and consistent 17 minute pace for 3 miles! Not a big deal!
it’s the appropriate question to ask when you meet a barb wire fence to start your ruck, but 7 HIMs tapped into their athletic prowess and cleared the fence, with only one toe suffering injury. carrying on, the Pax was quickly introduced to why I suggested boots for this expedition as some spots were a tad…muddy. Down the pipeline, crossed over Woodbridge and continued down towards Tomahawk Creek. Turn tot he right brought us to RounTreys backside [insert Fandango joke]. 180 and made our way up to Old Hundred and then doubled back to the start. At this point the…
