3 HIMS got together this morning for the first training session for the Murph. This is how it went down….. We kicked things off with some chatter and a 10 minute OYO stretch. Started with 50 yard 11s with Burpees and Merkins. Then we hit the bars for 3-6-9s, knocking out 5 rounds. After that we pushed through a few rounds of pull-ups to failure and wrapped up with dead hangs. Most of us are holding close to a minute by this time next week, we’ll be at 90 seconds! Don’t waste the day!

Party of 3 for pull ups at the jungle gym at Ecoff Elementary on a comfortable 70 and sunny morning in the gloom. We started with the usual stretching and some pull ups.
