After an enjoyable Bday Q on Monday, 10 of us finished the week off at Grid Iron with another 54 theme. Brief warm up and then a mosey to the playground for 10 Burpees and then 2 sets of 27 PLTs. Apparently the Q was tired and slept for a long time while the Alarm was sounding. After a 100 MPH drive to the AO I arrived only five minutes late.
