Always 70 and Sunny

Nine fantastic gentlemen gathered for the best AO between Commonwealth and Westmoreland. After discussing the surprisingly chilly tempature and debating what Hitch would be wearing when he leapt out of his car at 0530 (answer: tights, shorts, long sleeve shirt, hoodie, neck gaiter, and sub-zero winter gloves), we were off. After a little warmup COP, we jumped straight into the OLD ONE HUNDRED OLD 100. Perform a set of exercises, run the track, wait for the six Round 1: 100 Squats. Round 2: 90 2x Mountain Climbers. Four of the usual RH crowd gathered at Einsteins Bagels -Stony Point SC for a couple miles around Bon Air. We were not chased by any of the City’s Officers and we did not stop by Snuff’s abode, though we were tempted. Many topics of conversation were covered including the 4th Chapter of 12 Rules for Life – Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today. Thanks gents. SYITG. 10 men arrived at the “STOP SIGN of RUCKERS”, One of us (FlyBoy) arrived anxiously early at 5:15am instead of 5:30am, on Camdale/Bellstone to get in a 45min ruck. We trekked into the new section and saw for the first time, a FAKE DOG keeping watch of Crabgrass dropping a deuce. Good boy! We talked about variety of things, almost had us an ole’ fashion Ruck Fight w/ knives, and we grew together as men do on weighted morning walks with each other. Some of us laughed, some of us cried remembering our bad moments in Ultimate Frisbee, and some…

Several showed today for the perfect start to a day, working out with our F3 brothers as the birds chirped and the sun rose during our 45 mins together. With a traditional WTH work out, we hit the Cul-De-Sacs looking for one of our missing regulars, Whitesnake. Sadly we still don’t know which house is his so we couldn’t harass him out of the house to join us. We moved faster than typical must mean we are getting stronger and faster, probably not, Each Cul-De-Sac gave us the opportunity to knock out 10 merkins and 15 WW2’s, we added an…
