Somewhere between 12 and 16 able-bodied pavement warriors gathered in the forbidden parking lot for today’s RAMM/RAMM Gears. The few runners were quickly swarmed by the gears crew prior to launch. Luckily, a few more runners arrived right as we launched so numbers were relatively even. Eight HIMS came out to Satan’s Hill on this cool morning to end the week on a high note. After a brief mosey, we warmed up with side straddle hops, Don Quixote, Ukrainian Soldiers, and some deadman hangs. For the workout, took a tour of the neighborhood Indigenous Run style. 5 Gorillas of the Gloom posted to 45MOM for a bowl full of Gumbo. 2 other PAX finished rides and runs to join for COT.
