Nine noble lads embarked on a 3.5mi ruck around Larus Park and the Stony Point Mall on this week’s episode of Ruckhenge. Three dudes and a dog posted to Raider Run/Ruck today. Once again, YHC gladly walked with the ruckers and dog since no other runners posted. They walked to the end of the Atlee High School Road, did a U-turn in Honey Meadows, and walked back to the school for just over 6,000 steps.
